Clement Omemu named into Loeries regional advisory council

Nigeria’s Clement Omemu is now a member of Loeries’ regional advisory council. His appointment into the elite group of distinguished ad men and women from around the world was announced at the on-going Loeries Creative Week holding in Durban, South Africa.

Omemu who is the CEO of Black Sea Limited, established last years after he left Rosabel Advertising where he was acting Managing Director, had earlier been made a member of the Loeries panel of judges at the Loeries.
The panel of judges comprising select seasoned advertising practitioners, creative directors and heads of agencies whose duty is to determine the best entries for the awards.

Omemu, joined about 160 other South African, regional and international judges to ensure that only bold, innovative and unique creative works make the final list.

Another Nigerian playing a major role at the Loeries is Emeka Okeke, CEO Group Chief Executive Officer of Media Fuse Dentsu Aegis Network Nigeria, who is a member of the media innovation jury team.

The Loeries Awards was established 1978 by the Loerie Awards Company NPC, a non-profit company administering awards for the brand communications industry. The awards unites the advertising industry in Africa and the Middle East.
